Lafuente Group operates five production centers, all located in Spain. In the two facilities in Heras (Cantabria) and in Arriondas (Asturias) — surrounded by the lush pastures of the North — we process cow’s milk cheese. The plant in Jumilla (Murcia) leads our goat cheese production, while the Albacete facility specializes in Manchego sheep cheese.
